AI Ethics Analyst, 2022-2023
Enhanced existing ethical review process across 10 machine learning and large language model projects resulting in new procedures to address cohort bias, automation bias, and patient safety risks. Facilitated a weekly ethical review session with software engineers and quality assurance teams to determine algorithm and workflow design direction. Researched and develop best practices for creating ethical, impactful machine learning algorithms to drive development success.

Sifting & Winnowing Foundation
Board Member & Public Relations Director, 2019 - 2022
Determined broad strategy for organizational efficiency, development, and growth. Managed public image for the organization, created and promoted marketing campaigns and branded materials. Developed a new brand identity and branded language in collaboration with directors of the Wisconsin Ideas Conference.

Built brand image and language, designed marketing campaigns for Sifting & Winnowing Foundation. Assembled a team of marketing professionals, including a Marketing Manager, Digital Media Director, and Creative Director.
